When was the last time you had your roof cleaned? According to the Seattle Times, most Roofs and Gutters should be cleaned and treated every 6-12 months. This goes a looong way for extending the life of your roof. For just $250 (for most houses) we take care of your roof top to bottom. Using only gentle brushes and leaf blowers (never pressure washed) we carefully remove and blow off all debris on your roof. Next, we clean out the gutters by hand and with the leaf blower. Don't worry, we always clean up after ourselves! Lastly, we apply the recommended amount of Zinc Moss Out to keep moss away and kill and remaining moss. Note: If there's quite a bit of existing moss, that's totally fine! Just let us know and we'll adjust the quote accordingly (moss removal generally runs an extra $100-300 depending on the roof).
